So i am having some strange occurance with RankMe by Kento, basically i\ve had players report that they join the server and get a rank, and play for a few hours... then they leave and join back next day or maybe in a few hours later and boom their rank is reset for some reason? I don't know how this would happen since i use a SQL db, and not the SQlite.... I'd understand if it was SQlite and stored in a file, but it's stored on a DB.... what could be causing this? Do i need to get a new DB? or.... just reinstall rankme?

Any answers and or help is appreciated.

try to dump the whole database to start over or create another database
and check if everything is fine in databases.cfg, maybe you didnt write correctly username/database name/password
