i ask because i do not know how to create dedicated servers i tried it once but failed thats i want to use this plugin for listen servers

I don't think this plugin works on listen servers anyway. Just updated and re-added the block for non-dedicated servers. You can find information on how to setup a dedicated server here (especially for a windows local dedicated server, I've even provided the .bat files to install and run) or google. It's not difficult to setup.

after few test, i realize if change cvar l4d2_charger_finish 1-2-3 will cause this bug.
l4d2_charger_finish 0 is ok.

Have SM 1.10, installed the right DHooks, and this plugin, but it simply isnt working, the cfg file is not being created.

There must be an error log generated if it's not working, please post it. I have it working on Windows and Linux.

Mine don't work either
After i check "sm plugins list" it said "134 Disabled: "[L4D2] Charger Actions" (1.7) by SilverShot"
But i never disabled it, i just download and put on plugin only.

I have no chance to disable this plugin since it doesn't create cfg at all and i can't turn to enable.
