Hello, it's kind of outdated, but i've got to ask anyways.
from VSH 1.5x (i think 1.52) you guys took off the ability of a cloacked spy getting hit twice.
(like when you're invisible and hit you don't instantly die.) and i'd like to revert that. Would appreciate any helpers, people of my community like using dead ringer and invisiwatch, and although i respect your proffesional opinion, i would like to change that back if possible.

Normal invis watch makes Spy take 85 damage, that's enough to take two hits.

Is it not working for you?

No it doesn't, invisible spies are getting 1hit-k.o'ed.

The problem is that you forgot to put this in server.cfg

Code:
sm_cvar tf_dropped_weapon_lifetime 0;
sm_cvar tf_feign_death_activate_damage_scale 0.1;
sm_cvar tf_feign_death_damage_scale 0.1;
sm_cvar tf_feign_death_duration 7.0;
sm_cvar tf_feign_death_speed_duration 0.0;
sm_cvar tf_stealth_damage_reduction 0.1;
I'll automate that in the future.

Uh, no? We put all that in VSH ages ago. Line 528 declares all the cloak stuff variables.

Okay guys the cvars worked but created a different problem. Now stock invisiwatch gets 20 damage per hit, means you need to hit the person at least 5 times while cloacked to kill him. any suggestions ?
EDIT: dead ringer works great, only invisiwatch is messed up

I think I should ask, because it's a bit vague in your main point.
What version of VSH are you running?

It's not running the latest one, but that's on purpose, its 1.52.
