hi,
i host a minigame server with Store and Sm Skinchooser. i do not use !ws !knife cw or other things but my server got banned three times this month.

is there a way i can contact valve to know the reason for these bans?

Same shit for me, i use Store with player skins, trails, hats but i dont have wepoan,knife skins.

I run a popular surf server with no skins, store or hats. A plugin that I wrote my self that gave a regular knife via !knife command has gotten my servers banned. After removal of it, my servers have been banned twice more for no reason.

I don't know what type of detection system they are using. I believe they are just banning without actually checking the servers.

Additionally, I have been unsuccessful at contacting valve after attempting multiple times.

Does any one have a clue about what is going on

instead of saying you don't run any banned plugins why don't you post your new server info (after getting a new GSLT) so we can go and see by ourself

i removed both plugins !knife and !ws after the first announcement by vitaliy in july. no ban yet and I HOPE THEY DON'T BAN ME!

As long as you're not using plug-ins that violate Valve's TOS you'll be fine. I see these people supposedly getting banned even when they're not using violating plug-ins, but I usually just write them off. I'm running five servers right now all with custom mods, and have received no ban. It's unlikely you'll get banned as long as you are aware

ok unfortunately your isp blocked my country from joining your server i think
but here are some tips and suggestion

your gslt will be banned if you even try banned plugin on private servers / test servers
so maybe you had some test servers trying stuff out then it was tagged for banning
if you want to test plugins that are deemed unsafe then don't test it out on a server with gslt token set!

Anyway, some servers are still using weapons skins and knife stuff and there are not banned so... weird system.........
