Huh, don't know if i can help you with teamviewer because of my lack of free time. Paste your hlstats.pl on a pastebin and shere the link. Maybe you didn't entered that dir right.

prev error is solved but i am gettting new error now ... all db details are correct n rechecked again ..wat may be the cause ?

You did not grant permission on the SQL server for user counteri_hlxstat to access the SQL server from ht002.hostname.com. Simply add ht002.hostname.com as an allowed how and it will work

but still am in server and its showing 0/0 players .. logs n ip is saved in server.cfg... i restarted server too .. does it start only if i have 1+ players on server even to show 1/14 ??
