Ok, I've played on my server for a while now and I decided to deinstall this plugin. Woohoo, you've got a homepage, wooohoooo, we don't want to see this each round. That sucks and the plugin isn't that important. Don't like spam like this...

Okay small update done:

Changes:
Admin can turn sounds on for attacker and victim, (guns seem to drown out the sound tough)

the "spam" occurs less often

the config have to be placed in cstrike/cfg and an "exec dmggiven.cfg" have to be added to server.cfg, right?

Oh right, yes thanks for pointing this out. i forgot to Add an essensial file for the linux compile.
