[Unlucky Charms]

40 US Dollars to whoever can develop and deliver a private SourceMod HL2DM plugin for Roleplaying.
It will need to have:
- Drugs
- Printers
- Player Model Changer (With support for custom models)
- Money System
- NPC Stores (Gun Store, Bank, Drug Dealer/Buyer, etc.)
- Job Selection
- Configurable In-Game HUD (With Money Balance, Server Name, and Total Amount of Time Spent on Server)
- Furniture Spawning
- A fix for the Player Limit Remover. (Optional. However it would be appreciated if you could create it!)

I'll be willing to wait up to a 1 1/2 to 2 months to assure an amazing plugin, because as everybody knows, time = perfection.

This is for Windows by the way, so I dont want to get a Linux version please.
I may need a guide for the cvars and configuration of NPCs.

You read my thoughts exactly.

OP: 40 bucks is way too little for what you want, he meant you need to raise it to $400 or higher (maybe even 1000) to get an experienced coder to do what you want.

It would be cheaper if there were a demand and the coder could sell it up to 10 times maybe it would be worth the time, however as you put it time = perfection and time = money.
