also DegToRad and RadToDeg both have the same documentation (but different returns)

While we're here, the documentation on creating a new ArrayList specifies that, when specifying a startsize that is not 0, the data within the created indexes is undefined. I believe that the Resize documentation should have this same note regarding increasing the size of the array.

Updated that now and also regenerated the documentation on the API site.
