Updated to 1.3.

This fixes the plugin dying at the start of the year.

Minor changes:
Move config/autorestart.txt to data/lastrestart.txt
Simplify just about everything...

any way to make this FORCE a restart regardless of players after at X time? Like if I set first time at 05.00 AM and it has players on it it wont restart but maybe at 07.00 it will force a restart even if it does have players on it?

My server is full 24/7.

So after testing multiple times, I thought this plugin no longer works. Turns out, it actually doesn't execute until three minutes after the specified time. Also I thought you said it now uses _restart? I'm using version 1.3 and it's running quit instead of _restart. Quit screws with the autorestart .bat, essentially making this plugin useless.
