[HELP] The Specialists Server [TSRP]

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me? I'm currently trying to setup a The Specialists Server. However I can't find it in the hlds tool. Does anyone know how to set it up, or what the SteamCMD id is? I am willing to provide payment if anyone can successfully get me to where / what I need.

Here is a list of all known AppIDs. It might be within HLDS, what is the folder name of the server?

Thought they discontinued that game since there were no players or servers for that game
