Updated, fixed animation playing when incapped by smoker/charger/ledge hang.

Added new cvars:
l4d2_crawling_spit //0=Disables crawling in spitter acid, 1=Enables crawling when in spit
l4d2_crawling_hurt //Damage to apply every second of crawling, 0=No damage when crawling

EDIT: Updated to 1.06

EDIT2: Updated to 1.07

Animation speed plays back at the speed set in survivor_crawl_speed

You should hook revive start and revive end as well, you seem to be able to crawl while being revived so the screen looks weird.

Hmm I'll look into it, I don't hook revive because I check the net prop m_reviveOwner, which should stop crawling / animation when someone is being revived.

Edit: I've updated to add charger carry event which sometimes would show crawling anim. Are there any other scenarios? I can't see anymore problems.

Edit2: If anyone updated within the last hour, please re-download! I forgot to uncomment some lines meaning you would be stuck in 3rd person view!

yeah i see that its been fixed.. i posted a bug from 1.04 :X
anyway, your gun still disappears as if you were crawling if you press forward while being revived..

Cheewongken, the newer version works.. ?

Should I add a cvar to change crawling speed and another for animation playback speed? So for example you could put 30 crawling speed (double the normal speed), and keep the animation playing at 15, rather than the animation playing at 30.

yeah Silvers, i didn't realise i was still using 1.04. The anim playing while being revived doesn't occur anymore... but the pistol disappears if you press forward while being revived (firstperson)
