About fix a2s info spam attack

Hello, I got this error everytime;

IP rate limiting client 146.66.152.169:27022 at 302 hits (51 buckets, 72 global count).

I was using this plugin but I think it doesnt work anymore;

And I tried last version of ptah and this one as well;

A2S-Spam-Ban.smx (A2S Anti Spam): Native "PTaH_GetAddrInfo" was not found

I still get this error.
