need someone to create this plugin for CS 1.6/ / /

ADMIN NAME LEVELS -with different flags A.B.C for etc.

FOR example:[1] NEWBIE ADMIN--FLAGS AB //immunity&reservation.
[2] REGULAR ADMIN--FLAGS ABC//immunity bla bla...
[12] VET ADMIN--FLAGS have all flags until M...

just that i want to request it for cs 1.6

I mean like THIS [NEWBIE ADMIN]CRAZYKILLER [ADMIN]here name...
