amx_statscfgmenu?

In users.ini say that:
h - amx_cfg command
LOOK IN CMDACCESS.INI. Seriously, you need to start reading.

You don't need more information than what is in cmdaccess.ini to know what commands you get with a particular flag. To find out what the flag is for the amx_cfg command, you look at the letter next to "amx_cfg". Then, you look to see what other commands have that flag. It's that simple. What GinNNy posted is only valid for the default settings of AMX Mod X (which can be changed easily via cmdaccess.ini).

If you need to know what a specific command actually does, you need to read the documentation. If it's a default AMX Mod X command, you can look on the the wiki for AMX Mod X.
