[TF2 Jail] Team Ban

I need a plugin that forbids the game for the blue team, the attributes are:
time, reason, administrator. There is a link to the database.
It must have commands for the status of ban and cancellation of the ban.

Can you suggest such a plugin?

There are several more plugins for CS:S/CS:GO that potentially could be modified to support TF2 if that doesn't work.
