As i said, I can't fix the messagebot extension which is used by the steam module. You have to wait for popoklopsi and/or use another of the available modules in the meantime. For crashes (which are caused by the extension, not the plugin) you have to post screen logs and dumps or a way to reproduce it. I recommend to search your error messages in this thread. I'm pretty sure that by now we have possible reasons for all the error codes. Unfortunately, most of these codes only tell us what didn't work, but not why.

The .exe take too much of my processor so I'm lagging in game it's why I search for ts3 / steam module to work but I think the easiest why is to fix the performance problem of the .exe

Try to set the client's priority to low. Still, it shouldn't use that much cpu usage.

Is anyone else having problems (server crash, msg not sending) with calladmin and steam module only?

Read the last 3-4 pages or so. The messagebot extension (which is used by the steam module) doesn't seem to work anymore. Fortunately there are other ways to receive the reports.
