this is not related to any plugin. this is about managing your OS hosting your server. make sure to have correct permissions for the user running srcds if linux, and check other common configuration problems

never used windows OS as a server host, sorry cant help you then

you don't need to change your OS, and this plugin works on Windows too.

you just have to find someone familiar with running csgo servers on Windows servers to help you.
