Its possible to see a payer´s config?

Hello,
some players are saying me that a player of my dod 1.3 server has illegal commands in his config. Can i see his config with a plugin or something?

illegal commands dosent exists.
If a command were illegal, it would be removed from game engine like special commands in 1.6.
