FATAL ERROR (shutting down): SZ_GetSpace: Tried to write to an uninitialized sizebuf_t: ???

This error occured when we were having 20+/32 in server. Pls help. What kind of plugins usually cause this error? Is it sprites or something?

How do I reduce/solve this error?

Not just this.
I got many "SZ_GetSpace:"
But mine is with HNS
Don't know how do solve...

since that didnt help, disable EVERYTHING and enable everything one by one (including plugins/mods/metamod)
