Where is the best place to get AMX-X Pugins?

I have a few running, but for example when the T's plant the bomb. I don't get the "bomb count down" 30 seconds until explosion etc.
I am looking for that one and others.

I don't want to be mean but that was the most noobiest question I have ever heard , seriously man stop being lazy read the whole list and don't post things you should know already.
