im having same problem mine looks like this:
"STEAM_0:0:24556" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"

i dont get any admin rights, nor do i know what i did wrong lol. getting frustrating.

Well try "ce" where you have "de". D is for IP.

; Account flags:
; a - disconnect player on invalid password
; b - clan tag
; c - this is steamid/wonid
; d - this is ip
; e - password is not checked (only name/ip/steamid needed)

1st, thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

2nd, I run a HLDS on Steam.

I have 3 PCs and the Server is "the Server"

I have this in my users.ini

"STEAM_0:0:1234567" "" "bcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"

When I did the amx_who
It shows me in the game with NO Access

Why the heck is this not working? Frustrating to say the least.

OK...
It looks like I had the wrong Steam ID in there, a zero was an O

I started from scratch and it worked.
Changing names and the map helped too.
