Ban only work if in web

For some reason if I ban someone from the web panel of sourcebans it works and kicks the player off the server with the ban message.

But, if I ban from the ingame sm_ban it simply won't go to sourcebans... it saves in banned_user.cfg

why?

Also, for some reason it's changing the hostname in databases.cfg to my servergame IP

I already have full permission to the tables

what about databases.cfg ip changing to gameserver ip's?

There you can add the IP address mentioned in the error. This is usually the IP of your gameserver, but it can also be slightly different, so make sure you copy and paste it exactly from the error.

Couldn't find that option or anything like it... can't I force a IP to sourcebans or something?

The 2 options mentioned there are your only options. If you don't have access to them ask your webhost.
