i checked all sql settings such as Host, user, Password table and database everything is correct

but what this error means ? is it a problem in plugin ar in connecting to MySQL DB ?

(put "debug" after the plugin name in plugins.ini)

but if i put debug after plugin, those lines won't work correctly , right ?

there is nothing useful in net, but i could give you sma file . plugin creator said that he used it and everything works perfectly. but im getting errors ;(
