I noticed you have a flaw in your tltb_ban_options.txt While I was updating my times in those options, I noticed you have 1 month time set to 302400 (minutes) that is equal to 210 days. however, if you were to remove a 0 from that, it would equal to 21 days (3 weeks). The problem with that there is that a whole month is generally 4 weeks (28 days). Anyway, I hope this can be fixed for the plugin

A quick look through the code shows that this plugin works with BAN admin flag (d), it does not require rcon flag

After removing the rcon flag (m) on some of our admins, they can no longer use TLTB.
