Last I checked, the latest version autorestarts with no issue or extra command line options

Last I checked, -autoupdate requires -steam_dir and -steamcmd_script. At least it does for srcds.

It does for HLDS as well. But pre-SteamPipe, without modifing hlds_run, HLDS required -autoupdate to restart automatically. Post-SteamPipe, HLDS now restarts by default

^^ so u saying i dont need -autoupdate paramater to to auto restar the sv ... its allrady there ..

and if yes ,my server is not restarting , wat to do ??
