i also can turn on verbose loging if needed and wait until it will ban him again
also i search for "180 180 180" bans and only this player was banned
Just one question.
- Why did you 2x20 extra spawnpoint for the de_dust2? The original de_dust2 map have 40 spawnpoints. You add another 40? What do you want? 80 players on the de_dust2?
You need to compare your added spawnpoints with the originals. May be more spawnpoint are same like the original?

he was banned again, he said it was lag then ban, also i turned verbose logging

sorry for offtopitc, but: because i had 46 players, i took all original spawns and add all them but with offset +Z, so extra spawns are above the heads of originals

The SourceTV demos won't help in this case because of the recording bug. We'll fix this issue for the next release.

Lagging with 37ms? I'll run some more tests with your custom spawnpoints, but right now the evidence is stacking against him.

he is lagging not all the time, i dont know is it packets loss or HW issue on client

Strange, because a lot of server admins dont run the Anti WH because it does cause server lag and increased ping. You must be a lucky one.

Has it ever happened that if the eye test module catches someone and bans them that it lists the wrong username in sourcebans? I had this happen a day ago, the sucker banned someone for eye-angle violation which was a perm ban... what made it very very odd was that the SteamID and IP# matched that of someone else "diff username" vs who it should have listed based on doing a quick google search of the steamid. I had to research this hard to make sure that person's name that was improperly assigned to that SteamID or the ban was in fact wrong which yep sure enough it was. Something glitched some where and I'm leaning more towards this and if not this then sourcebans.

What made this whole thing even more strange was that the players name used on that ban sent me a PM on our forums about his name being banned or listed..he had to create a new account, take the time to send the PM after seeing the ban/name listed while he had not tried to enter the server and was never banned on the steamid he uses. SO yeah this whole situation was very strange and took me all day to figure out yet there is a glitch..something did something wrong. Idea's?

Hmm, I might have an idea what this is about. To clarify though, it showing one player's name in the log, and then mixed with someone else's SteamID/IP? Which player was improperly banned? Be sure to double check which player the logged IP belongs to (compare to server logs).

Ok...so Mike is the hacker, but this is how the ban looked:

Tom - Perm ban (SMAC - Eye Angles Violation) (SteamID = STEAM_0:0:1111111) (IP# 1.1.1.1)

As you can see all it did was ban the right person but with the wrong username... found out that the reason "Tom" sent me a PM on the forums about it was cause he was in the server when the ban was applied so it even displayed it during the game on the screen with the wrong name.
