All these points I should in the future have the opportunity to change on my own (this is what the config is for), because the player's points are growing, and it will be necessary to raise the bar from time to reach a higher rank for new players.
All the points that are indicated above - the player's points in the statistics HLstatsX.
It is necessary for the plug-in to take points from the statistics, and based on them, give the rank to the player in TAB (in the list of players). The rank should be exactly the icon, not the clantag or something else, as in Matchmaking, for example.
You can also make a chat notification that the player is get a new rank (here_rank_name), or was downgraded to rank (here_rank_name).
