In Most of Asia Countries (even my country), most people are poor and they dont have money to buy CS1.6 and they used non-steam CS... so they can't play in a legal server

Not 10 bugs for a game but a few hundred for a pc and monthly fee for internet-connection? Who will be dumb enough to believe this excuse?

In other country i dont know, but my country. Most people dont own a PC, they just go to "Internet Cafe" and just pay 0.14$ USD for 1 hour playing

The big problem is that some countries (like mine) doesn't support paypal, or credit cards etc..., and this make it very hard.
