Please, can some one make plugin which stops player from letting go (pressing use key) func_vehicle when they driving it. Player only can stop driving it only if func_vehicle not moving.

I need this because players on my server tking some of team mates by letting go car on the last second, so tk plugin doesn't detect team kill because no one driving vehicle.
