Maybe a nice feature for the timer:

Some bhop servers have their server name rotating as start/end zone. http://puu.sh/98IRz/55a015bbf0.jpg

Is this possible? and ifso, maybe add a cvar for the settings to set the name it should be displaying/color?

You only have to create a sprite for this.

Scroll up your errorlog. "Plugin owning this native is currently paused." This comes up if a core module has stoppend working before.

For some reason I cant get !r / !restart to work.

What does those command require to be active and working?
Do they need mapzones? Can mapzones be dowloaded anywhere for some surf maps? Seems like alot of work.
