If it's not in the recycle bin then you could try an undelete program like VirtualLab. Not sure how easy it will be to find because it will likely have a HUGE list of files to go through.

Next time, make a backup (or 2 or 3). Have a copy of both files on your server and on your desktop (and somewhere else).

Also, if you paid for the .amxx + .sma combo, why would they have a problem giving it to you again?
I mean you already had it before so it's not like they're losing something over it.

The other one just forces a player to "say !vip" if they have a certain flag. Just do that manually.
