This is what the friend said, I have no clue what steps to take as a programmer to help him fix it. I hope someone knows:

"The accelerator ( by Asherkin ) works fine. There is no crash report because it is technically not a crash. He chockes up certain packets, while still being connected to the server, resulting in server unable to proceed, so it freezes while the cheater keeps pressing the button with this functionality until 30 seconds pass after which the server restarts automatically by itself if it detects no activity in its processes."

Nothing new... but everyone is lazy to check how they do it exactly so we could block it, and valve is touching themself on VR.
