The Testing Plugin requires gamedata. The extension should not. Why are you using the Test plugin?

This extension should not be used anymore. SourceMods memory stuff can do what this extension does (example https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=169770) If there is something you want done that the plugin did but isn't made feel free to request it.
