[REQ][TF2] - Give all weapons to all players (including unlockables)

Hey there. New to the forums. I had a search, but couldn't find anything on this.

Is it possible to create something that will give all weapons (including the new medic items) to players while they are playing on a server with a plugin even if they haven't done the achievements?

I don't mean permanently unlock them for the account, just grant them while they are on that server.

Bump. I am wondering how to do this also. Can you remove weapons too?
