Is there any idea or plugin for clearing the chat? I mean, deleting chat messages.

Once a chat message is sent from the server then there's no going back on it. The client handles the rest.

I know people who sells this plugin, "!clearchat".

Then it probably just prints a bunch of blank clients to people.
