i checked the code and the thing that was causing keys not to be reverted to their original state was : simultaneous usage of marduks.
that is, if a timestop is already running when another one is called ... then the bug would occur. now fixed, edited main post
Also, what if the server crashes? then people are fucked. Why is it you need to unbind the keys?
