Anti-Spray plugin

The moment a player spray, he will be auto slay and lose a frag.

But there's disadvantage of u getting slay even if u didnt spray on a dead body..

Spray what? Are you referring to when a player sprays, or paints, his/her decal?

As an aside, please use a descriptive subject next time. A person should have a good idea what the content of a message will be by looking at the subject. The subject is a quick one-line summary of the message, if you will. Using a good descriptive subject will also make it more likely that you'll get quick help.

Also, since it appears you're requesting that a plugin be made you should have posted your question in the "Suggestions / Requests" forum. I've been bitten by this a few times myself.
