When I Lounch my Server it works good when players joins any team the my hlds gets Not Responding what do i do ?

Would you explain more? For example, the server only crashes when you are running ZP?

Ports? Firewall? Turn off all plugins, shut off amxx, then metamod. Try doing each of those in order restarting your server after each. If it still doesn't work reinstall your server. If it's the plugin, redl it.
