[Feature Request] Show how many bans a player have

I would like it to give a msg like

"You got banned (3/5). If you get banned x more times you will be permanently banned. Visit http://site.com"

Thanks.

And also the plugin to ban if banned 5 times

Thanks I will pretty soon and I let you know, but it seems it prints the message to the chat right? that won't work as the player will be banned before seeing the message

didn't work :S I banned using sm_ban player 1 test
