Bans do not show in banlist

When I ban someone it does not appear in the banlist off my site? What could be wrong?

Check your sourcebans.log on your gameserver.

My "coworker" reinstalled the whole thing, it works now lol thanks peace-maker

where exactly is this log file? I cant find the banlist for the players my other admins have banned. Is there a list of steam ID's anywhere? (Using CSGO)

Bans are stored in the database, so no file with a list of all banned steamids.
The log is in addons/sourcemod/logs
