It seems people are still able to access both. I will try to see if it's just that admins can or whether it is everyone. When I ask the others if it works for them, they dont really understand.

Yeah since the problem is persisting I am going to ask the technicians at gameservers to see if its something with our fast download since you even helped with the configs. My guess is something is wonky.
