Hello again!
I used the update gamedata from nosoop,
but maybe too long not have update this plugins,I have many BUG by using this plugin...
Control Point locked,Setup time forever,KOTH not have round time,etc..

Reproduced on Windows SRCDS with the outdated gamedata. Basically, you're using the best guess for Windows offsets that I had back when Vtablescanner was my choice of offset checking (the only other option being IDA, which, honestly, was way too much effort since I primarily run SRCDS on Linux).

Attached is the correct gamedata with those changes applied (basically changed the one instance of 223 to 222). Plugin works fine.
