Weapon gunshot sound cannot be replace, there are tons of thread discuss about replacing gunshot sound.

That is very very wrong answer.

Check minigun , check and see. there are new fire sound
and to replace fire sound, that way what he try to do is almost right.

I dont remember now how to do this but i have done this before,
Resident evil 4 style server and resident evil 4 weapons and stuff .

Except for that, this my friend, creates a new weapon. and clearly which it blocks the original weapon fire and fires a custom one. because it is a new weapon not the m249.
