This was resolved
The issue was incorrectly setup VGUICacheBuster.
And the prior issue was very likely other plugins using MOTD panels which broke WebFix solution.

Good morning. I was testing the latest version of this plugin again and cannot get any !links to visibly open, every one of them work but are opening in hidden windows no matter what I have set it to (full, hidden, 800x600, etc..). There are no errors at all. No console feedback. VGUI Cache buster I know is working because I currently use it for a couple other things.

I tested a couple links with autoplay videos to verify and regardless of the size setting, they all open hidden and play in the background.

Can't compile:

Cannot enlarge memory arrays. Either (1) compile with  -s TOTAL_MEMORY=X  with X higher than the current value 16777216, (2) compile with  -s ALLOW_MEMORY_GROWTH=1  which adjusts the size at runtime but prevents some optimizations, (3) set Module.TOTAL_MEMORY to a higher value before the program runs, or if you want malloc to return NULL (0) instead of this abort, compile with  -s ABORTING_MALLOC=0

When I put ~ say !stats in chat it gives the error that there is no player (expected) but there are no errors from commands in game chat.

CSGO removed MOTD feature so no point using this plugin now!

When you press TAB (+showscores) you can see a link "Server's Website" into the left bottom of the table.
I have no idea how to reproduce the code with Source Mod.
Also, no idea if that code can be reproduced with Source Mod.
