I am pretty sure someone made this already, in fact i've seen it around in some servers.. But i can't find it anywhere. Can someone help me? Also, how do i use a code snippet if that will be what i am pointed to? I am new to sourcemod. Thanks..

There is a plugin for it, and it's been made for every Source game, however I am not sure if it works on L4D(2), and it is also not been updated for all the TF2 weapons, so the plugin needs updating

Didn't work well(most of the times the player takes damage instead of receiving a healt bonus).

That's because you didn't change the maxhealth cvar, infact that isn't even recommended for TF2 because of the different health values
