During event player death, set the event string of "weapon" to something from mod_textures.txt

How the kill icon is set is a combination of a few things:
  1. The entity doing the damage/killing.
  2. Damage Type. For example, world kills have alternate icons for trains and sawblades... player kills have special icons for critical kills.
  3. Weapon.
  4. Any "custom" damage flag. This is used to distinguish kill icons for weapons with multiple kill icons, such as taunt kills and weapons that can headshot or backstab.

point_hurt can only set #2 on this list. SDKHooks_TakeDamage can set the other 3.
