What does that "min" cvar do? Minimum votes for Yes, or minimum players in the server?
Also, if you use an SQL supported amx_ban system (AMXBans or Advanced Bans) then it will ban by SQL.

min = minimum of vote "yes".
Then he works with advanced amxbans or bans? But in the case when you needed a reason banned in amxbans, you can put an automatic message of reason in the plugin, to appear in amxbans.
