Can you post the source code for the latest beta?
If you're publishing the source code for versions once in a while, it's a good idea to put everything on Github.

Also, a few feature suggestions:
1) Server command task with variables like %currentmap% - this is useful for automatic map reloads, e.g. creating a task with "changelevel %currentmap%" to reload it every few hours.
2) Custom command task on crash, to launch an external application(cmd.exe with parameters, for example).
3) Streaming server console output back to the manager. Might not work in windows, probably need to
