[FF2] Black Squares all over rig

Hi, I am making a "Senator Armstrong" boss to release to the public with help from my friend Epicman and when he added a lightwarp to the model (He kinda borrowed it from Green Arrow lol) it had this black-checkerboard type stuff on it, we would like to remove this to begin the rigging process (Which Epicman has experience in).

Any idea what the issue could be?

I think its something to do with the reflection in the VMT of the lightwrap or material itself I'm not sure but do give it a check

Check the "normal" vtf and vtms, the same thing happened to my old cena boss
