This one is a tough one to code... But a good idea

When a player connects it will ask him to enter the following information

Real Nick:
Country:
Msn
YIM
ICQ
Steamid
(anything I can't think of)
Infractions:

If he doesn't do at least real nick or steam id, he will get kicked

AFter filling out the card... Anyone can type

/whois (part of name)

and an MOTD comes up with the info filled out

(I guess someone can leave a comment in future versions)

Infractions could be: Slaps, bad behaviours, "previous cheater"

It will be stored (maybe Sql)

i wouldnt ask for the steamid.Most people doesn't know it^^.
But the server can check out the steamid.

I wouldn let appear the Questions on server. It is more usefull to do it on a website
